Enter the business (always let them greet you first), Walk up to the counter and tell them you want to get some pricing on their storage units, if a tour is offered, you MUST ACCEPT. Do not ask for a tour. Do not say you have seen their website. Be sure to specify what you are looking to store. Request a business card from the associate if you are not issued one automatically. If business cards are not available, a brochure or pamphlet may be used.
