You will be reimbursed up to $45 for your required purchase plus you will receive a $15 shopper pay for successful completion of this shop!

JANUARY scenario/purchase requirement is - LINGERIE

Video cameras are in the store and may be compared with your report. You must be in the store for a minimum of 15 minutes. You may be carded so bring a photo ID.
Recorded call: Make a recorded call to ask about hours or directions. ***No special equipment required to make this call. Instructions for the recorded call are listed in the shop report. (This can be done before or after your visit.)
Browse the store and allow an associate time to offer help. If offered help, you must say yes. Evaluate the customer service and knowledge of the associate. Give them a chance to describe the items and suggest additional items. Make a purchase of an item from your scenario reimbursed up to $45. Make sure you get the required receipt.
Evaluate the overall cleanliness, friendliness and how long it took for you to be greeted. Note the number of male and female customers as well as the number of employees present.
In the extremely rare case that you are not approached after 10 minutes, you will need to approach a sales person and finish the shop.
