Need Shoppers 18 Years of age to 29 years of age.

SINCE THESE ARE VIRTUAL TOUR SHOPS, THEY CAN BE COMPLETED FROM ANYWHERE. You do not need to be in the same city or state to do these but you must play the role that you are moving to the city the shop is located in and attending college there.

Important: These shops are to be performed on student housing. Be ready with your scenario- for example, you are a student looking for housing with individual leases near campus. If you are asked for your phone number and email address during the call, provide your real information. This is because you will be tracking the agent’s follow up for several days after your visit.

Reach out to the Property you are assigned, and ask to set up a virtual tour. The client will offer you different methods of virtual tours. Choose the type that best fits your technology. They will likely be zoom/instagram call/facetime/etc.. You will need to upload a screenshot of your tour. This could be of the leasing professional working with you, or the apartment unit being shown to you.
