As these are phone call shops, they can be done from anywhere. You do not need to physically be in the same city/state but you must place the role you are either in or moving to the same city as the shop and attending college there.

Phone Call: During normal business hours- most locations are open 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Saturday, 12 PM to 5 PM Sunday, but check your assigned location for office hours.

Important: These shops are to be performed on student housing. Be ready with your scenario- for example, you are a student looking for housing with individual leases near campus. If you are asked for your phone number and email address during the call, provide your real information. This is because you will be tracking the agent’s follow up for several days after your visit.
