For this shop you will:

Visit on your assigned date during the location’s business hours. Hours of business are posted on www.spectrum.com.
Make detailed observations on the exterior of the facility and signage
Discreetly take a photo of the exterior of the location (see specific briefing for photo details)
Make detailed observations on the interior of the facility, cleanliness of workstations and the atmosphere
Obtain the name of the associate you spoke to. If they do not provide their name, you must ask for it.
Follow your appropriate scenario depending on whether or not you already have service. If in doubt, go in as a new customer.
Remember: You are posing as an actual customer (if you aren't already one). Make sure to appear interested and ask questions as a regular customer would.
Make detailed observations on the interaction with the specialist
Obtain a brochure on services, receipt or business card. If you are not offered any of these you must ask for one.
When submitting your survey, be sure to handwrite your shop/audit ID number (found on the top of your shop form or your Shops to Do) on the front of the brochure, receipt, or business card.
Once your interaction with the specialist is completed, you may leave the location.
