For this shop you will:
Visit your assigned location on your assigned date for a standard Oil Change Service or Tire Rotation Service
Familiarize yourself with the survey questions.
Note the condition of the store, inside and out. This includes visiting the restroom.
Note the information given by the associate during your service interaction.
Purchase and receive an oil change service or tire rotation service. You will be reimbursed for just the cost of the service.
You should also be offered a full vehicle inspection; you must accept this as part of your shop.
Review the “Specific Shop Details” section of this document for more information on what to look for. Be prepared to provide information to those questions.
Take an image of your receipt/invoice as your proof of shop and submit the image to your survey.
Flat payment $20.00 plus reimbursement up to $70.00, plus bonus of $5.00
