We have a shop that we need completed this week for an urgent care center. You'll be phoning ahead of time to make an appointment for an earache. (You do not need to have one).
You'll be evaluating the service and cleanliness of the facility. You should be on site for less than 30 minutes. Insurance will not be used for the visit, we will reimburse the $205 fee.
You'll need at least one photo of the outside of the building.
