We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to help evaluate the bar, food, drinks, games, and overall guest experience at a casual neighborhood bar.
-Visit your assigned location on a Friday or Saturday after 8:00 PM.
-You may complete the shop alone or with one guest.
-All guests must be 21+.
-Order at least 2 alcoholic beverages and 2 food items.
-Ask the bartender: “Can you explain to me how the games work?”
-Play or interact with at least 3 games, such as pool, darts, or arcade games.
-Evaluate staff friendliness, bartender knowledge, food and drink quality, cleanliness, atmosphere, restrooms, security procedures, merchandise, and overall experience.
-Observe ID checks, security presence, game availability, and whether staff acknowledge you when leaving.
