-This is a phone shop only.
-Call the intake line in Spanish.
-Pose as an adult with limited English proficiency seeking employment or job readiness support.
-Ask about help with finding a job, resume support, job leads, or financial stability services.
-Try to naturally work toward scheduling an appointment or learning the next steps for receiving help.
-Observe how the representative greets you, gathers information, explains services, and responds to your situation.
-Collect the name of anyone you speak with.
Receive $4.80 flat pay for completing this phone shop!
