This coming year for the pa state forms there will be a column to report online purchases and then an area to pay them... according to interviews there will be no enforcement and no way of proving online purchases...

Wow more pain for taxes... this is totally not worth the effort... according to the pa office of revenue 0.5% will actually pay this...

Ah, similar to the old (or maybe still there, dunno) "use tax" Michigan required you to report...which I'm sure next to nobody did.

NY already has us paying a flat rate of $9 for out of state purchases even if we didn't buy anything taxable out of state, more than $9 if you admit to buying more.
