OK trying to download music from I=tunes card. Not sure if it is charged or not. It is flashing yellow.Thanks.

probably best to explain yourself more... not sure i understand...

itunes card- do you mean a gift card? sd? flash(no not the person grinning smiley), removable hd?

download- where and what are you trying to download to? computer? shuffle? icloud? amazon or other music site?

i might be able to help you might not...
