I am sure you can find anything you LOVE to be good for you in some way...just depends on the way right?
Chocolate...makes me happy and less depressed (that is why I have to eat a ton of it!)
Sugar...gives me energy (even if it does eventually turn to fatter thighs)
Mashed potatoes...make feel good and have memories of my grandma (and bigger thighs)
See all my feel good foods have health benefits! LOL.
