Jewelsy - Sometimes the MSC will have sample reports you can see. If you leave something out, some of the MSCs will contact you for more information and some won't. Usually, if you fail to fill in a blank on the form, the form won't transmit and you'll get an error message. It's really hard to answer your question without more information.
On the forum, you can say who the client is, OR you can say who the MSC is. You cannot discuss the client and the MSC in the same thread. For example, if I am shopping for the GeeWhiz Mystery Shopping Company, and the shop to be done is at Dixie Pig, I can talk about GeeWhiz OR I can talk about Dixie Pig, but I cannot talk about both in the same thread.
So, it would be OK for you to tell us you have a shop at the Dixie Pig and need some help with the form. Just don't tell us it's at Dixie Pig for GeeWhiz.
Generally, if you have questions about a shop you should contact your scheduler with those questions. The scheduler at the mystery shopping company should be your source on all questions, although someone on the forum may be willing to help.
