So, billienicolosi, I don't understand. Was that the right bank or did the MSP have the address wrong?
I haven't done well with bank shops, one company in particular. To begin with, they were dividing the shops up between teller shops and sales shops. Sometimes the sales were done by tellers. When the scheduler told me I had done most of my assignments wrong, she said I wasn't the only one. I tried again, but I didn't like them. In some of the branches, I was the only customer. I had to do scenarios I didn't like.
There were some other problems. I had to check several ATM's in a day and they all charged my home bank, which probably has already guessed what I do. I told them I was showing my nephew how to use an ATM, and he thought it was funny to use several in my name. Never mind I don't have a nephew living in this state.
This bank isn't in my town, so I decided to make it my alternate bank. Then I found out that they don't cash checks. I have to deposit them and then go back for the money. That means two trips to the big city, and the MSP doesn't always have that kind of assignment at the bank. So I mailed a check to them. You've heard this part of the story before. The envelope came back. I went to town to ask about that branch and was told they don't take mailed deposits. The other day, I was going to take them a small check, thinking I'd hold this account like a savings account. I decided to use it instead. Yesterday, I got a letter from the bank saying they'd stolen all my money because I wasn't using the account. My home bank tellers listen to these stories of my "alternate bank" with horror. They do all of those things I want as well as give me free faxes and copies, and listen to my stories about my pets.
To top it off, the bad bank ruined my score with my MSP. The good thing about this story is that the MSP continued to give me assignments for a client where I always got 10's. I think maybe all those other MS'ers were getting bad scores, too, and the MSP decided to compensate.
