too bad I wasn't on a shop...

or maybe I should say thank goodness I wasn't on a shop.

I stopped into a BK on my way to work. I drove up to the speaker and when asked for my order I said "I want 1 sausage breakfast burritto, a side salad and a large cup of ice." 1st question "What kind of burrito would you like? dud susage, ok. 2nd question what sauce do you want on your salad? I want the Apple cider dressing. BK "it comes with sauce on it. Do you want honey mustard, or barbeque?" Me: no, salads come with dressing, not sauce. I want the apple Cider vinegar dressing. BK "No all salads come with sauce on them, what kind of sauce do you want.....grrrr I finaly convince her I want dressing, not sauce. Get to the window... That will be $5.77" Me "excuse me, what are you charging me for? (the burritto was $1.00, the salad 1.49 and the ice no more than 50C.) BK "Well you ordered a pancake breakfast" "No, I ordered a sausage burritto, a side salad with Apple cider vinegar and a cup of ice"
After over 15 minutes at the DT window I finally get my order.
I would have loved to be able to report her to someone, but can you imagine how hard it would be to write the report and be objective!!!

Nothing says we can't report things to the manager when not doing a shop. But if you catch an employee doing bad, catch an employee doing good too.

Ha, ha...I was at Golden Arches today, the employee asked me what kind of sauce for my nuggets and I started debating (in my head) the OP's situation...Sauce or dressing...dressing or sauce. Salads have dressing not sauces...

I really need to get out more! smiling smiley
I have been waiting on the fee to go up at our local Kmart. Heres another missed report! I stopped in last night and observed the Customer Service Rep in a shouting match with a female customer that was trying to purchase a bra with food stamps. What a report that would make...winking smiley

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
Well that just begs the question, can edible underwear be purchased with food stamps?winking smiley

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
LisaSTL - yes, but only if THAT store is set up for EBT/SNAP (or whatever they're called in your state), and they're not intended for on-site consumption!
