Autumn Season of Life

I am a very reflective person. I gather from some of the posts that a majority of us are in our 50's and 60's. If you had a redo on the Spring and Summer of your life what would you change?

I did the best I could with what I had to work with. Regrets aren't productive. Eat more ice cream.
