News Story Tonight - Loved It

A waitress at a bar asked for ID and was handed the driver's license that had been stolen ffrom the waitress so it was her own ID. She took their order, went straight to the telephone and called the police. They arrested the woman who also had some narcotics on her so the lady is in deep doo doo. Now what are the odds of someone stealing another's ID and then presenting that same ID to a waitress in a bar?

The woman might have stolen the ID from the waitress at that very same bar and didn't think twice about revisiting the bar as a customer. Drug addicts (if she's one) are not known for always exercising good judgment.
They interviewed the waitress and I'd say she handled it pretty well. She said she took the ID, looked at it, handed it back to the woman and took their orders. And while waiting for the police to arrive, she served them. She said she had the shakes and it was really hard to keep a straight face but she didn't give it away. I would have loved to have been there when the police showed up and the idiot found out what she had done. Talk about stupid crooks.
