I had/have great trouble staying asleep. Then discovered Melatonin. Ran the idea past my MD and he said, "Sure, great stuff." 3 mg and I am almost always able to go back to sleep if I wake in the night.

True for non-perishable items. I have also learned to pull out the calculator (easier now that it is on my phone) and compare pricing on the larger sizes. Sometimes those middle sizes and occasionally even the small ones may be on sale and work out to be much cheaper. Thanks for the reminder about the melatonin. Years ago I tried it and for some reason totally forgot.

False, but I do average 2-3 big outdoor music festivals a year. Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, Telluride Bluegrass, Newport Folk, Voodoo Fest, etc. Shaky Knees in Atlanta a few months ago was the most recent.
