Does anyone know why I am receiving an ad at my shopping address.

Do you mean as a Private Message here? That spammer was very busy and has been deactivated. Anyone who registers can send you a message.

I got that one too and unfortunately, 'it' got to my email address (private) and I don't know how. It is not visible. sad smiley

Yes - I got that one. That one has been neutralized. Either spammers have gotten smarter lately and are now using PMs instead of posting on open forum - the mod deletes the posts pretty quickly - or it is the same smart spammer who has hit us several times using different screen names.

Was it an email or a private message here? If it was a private message there is no need to report it now. The offender has been deactivated. AFAIK there really is no way to keep registered user from sending private messages to other members.

I reported the pm to Jacob when I first got it. That's what I meant.
I just delete any emails I get.

I work on the internet in the webpage design, search engine opt, etc... area. Getting an email address is easy. Mark it as spam and you will never see them again. All their mail will then go to your junkmail folder, and you. I would not give the odus to the group tho. These systems are safer than you think

Just mark it as spam. Mark everything you consider spam as such. Do not respond to the emails. smiling smiley
