H2O. It's a hoax.

But you've got to read down into the surveys they did where mentioning it was used in the Nazi Death Camps is enough to have people signing up to ban the substance while indicating that it helps plants is enough to have them sign up in opposition to a ban.

Oh. Duh. I get it now.

I just looked at it and did not put DHMO and H20 together, clicked a couple of links there, got all this serious sounding stuff, and didn't get the joke.
