[long story... after a few heated discussions with hubby, who pounces on any info regarding Gabby/Brian and makes it seem like the one fact of all facts that will convict, I recalled a moment from Matlock. His client was sitting there, listening to damning evidence to the effect that the defendant had said,"And I don't mean maybe!"
