What are you having for dinner? AGAIN!

ravioli
chopped salad that came with dill pickle dressing (that was a new one for me, but it was good)
slice of Italian bread schmeared with olive tapenade
iced tea
piece of rugelach

Can you tell I shopped at Trader Joes?
was hotter than hades here, never poked my head outside even once.

@BFB, yes although I have never seen Rugelach there.

Tonight cold Tortellini Salad, Bruschetta, sliced apples, pound cake, catered boneless chicken wings and salad.

Furry babies had modified charcuterie for dessert; sliced baby bell cheese, sliced apples and carrots. Also, poached shredded chicken, rice, sweet potato and kibble for dinner. Princess baby love is a bit too skinny in our opinion. She is ravenous. Hmmmmm.
Poached wild caught salmon in butter and dill atop a cool green salad with chilled sliced hard boiled egg, hand grated carrot, thin sliced cucumber, one of our first tomatoes off the vine, olives, feta, thin sliced red onion, more fresh dill from the garden with a simple olive oil and lemon drizzle with fresh ground salt and pepper with a slice of crusty peasant loaf and home made iced hibiscus leaf and black tea with lemon and a dash of maple syrup.

Dessert: berries atop a scoop of local made French vanilla ice cream.
kung pao chicken
won ton soup
diet coke
nectarine
leftover half of a sfogliatelle
wasn't bad, but I would rather have what SBP's having.

I would have been right there w/ the FBLs snacking on the charcuterie board, but am in agreement - Sissy needs to eat first! I would be happy with what’s been picked over. (Except the kibble of course. There’s no way…)

I could have whipped up an equally sophisticated review of said meal if I were invited for a taste test. Your loss.

My apologies for the salty language of late. I’ll try to be more careful in the future.
My dogs eat better than I do too..

So far today I've had coffee, a breakfast sandwich with egg, conecuh sausage and cheese. And some wings at BWW. Now I'm feeling like I want something sweet.. maybe some of those butter cookies with dark chocolate that my son found.
rotisserie chicken
jasmine rice
boatload of iced tea
green beans
a wee bit of coffee ice cream

now I need to learn about conecuh sausage? never heard of it....

It's nothing to write home about.. It's smoked sausage, with just a hit of spicey, really super fatty, makes a mess of whatever pan you cook it in. If ya slice it in half and burn the outside it kinda tastes like really greasy hot dogs. Apparently it's an Alabama thing.. But it works on a biscuit or an english muffin with egg and cheese, especially when it's free. I have spares, I can send you a frozen one..
Stir fried chicken and broccoli, Jasmine rice, egg tarts, organic decaf Matcha tea. My furry baby loves are crazy for Baby Bel cheese and blueberries.

@ Minime, you make me smile and laugh..
That's ok MLZ, thank you for the offer, much appreciated. Just received blood work results yesterday. I need to cut back on saturated fat...and smaller portions overall, so gonna work on that.
