Sending my daughter to school beginning March. It has been two years of homeschooling. But, she is fully vaccinated now and we will just have to hope for the best.

At the end of December I did a bridal shop, pretending I was going to be renewing my wedding vows in Cabo next year. Today I received an email from a woman who said she was a preferred makeup partner with the chain and pulled my name to receive a " Bridal Pampering Beauty Experience Package" for me and up to ten other people.
When I responded that I wasn't interested she wanted to know why. I told her I had the makeup part covered--which is almost true :-)

DDs need to go as they are bridesmaids for my niece's upcoming wedding in 8.5 months. The Bride has spec'd that the dress should be bought from this shop. Specific color, no specific style other than it has to be long. I think I am going to apply for one of these shops. Should be fun. Just need to get them all together or at least 1 of them. Did you enjoy the shop?

Connecting a new ROKU to my TV and activating my PBS and Prime subscriptions to play on the TV. Next step is to figure out how much of my cable subscription I can dump.
Yeah, I've had a ROKU Express+ on 2 of my TVs for about 5 years now. There are SOooooo many free channels that let you stream and watch TV or old movies/TV. Check out Pluto TV...you'll be amazed at what you get for free on that channel!! And be sure and check out Roku's own ROKU CHANNEL. But like Honny said, if you like certain channels, you still have to keep at least a basic subscription to SOME "pay" streaming service, or you can't watch the channel you like. For instance, I really like a lot of the movies TCM plays, and the fact that it has a "watch later" list. So on my ROKU, I can watch live on either the East or West coach version, or a movie in my "watch" list. But darn it all, I STILL have to keep a subscription for DirectTV in order to access that! So they've got you one way or another. But truly, if it weren't for my husband being somewhat technologically challenged (putting it mildly!), I'd get rid of DirectTV and just keep the ROKU, along with the Over The Air channels I have with my indoor antenna, and I'd be happy. Hope you spend many enjoyable hours on your ROKU, Wales, finding many, many free channels to enjoy, because there are hundreds and hundreds of them!!@walesmaven wrote:
