Don't get all pissy, girl (yeah you, moose hoose) and drag your animosity all over the thread stalking Irene and posting nasty little comments throughout the forum pouncing on whatever she says. That and your long winded post in a feeble attempt to have several forum members (myself included) removed from the forum is just uncalled for. Have Irene and I had disagreements before, and have I and other forum members had differences of opinion and got into heated discussions before? Sure we have. Do we harbor grudges? No. That's childish behavior. What's past is past. Now if in the future you happen to post something sensible that I agree with, I am not going to dwell on what's occurring with you in the forum this past week. Can we all just move forward now?

I looked at the volume. Irene has made 11,000+ posts and a few here and there have been moderated, which is comparable to most of us. You have made 82 posts and it looks like about 10% have been moderated. That's pretty massive.

If you have real stats about percentages of deleted message, please publish them. Publishing 'estimated' stats is a bit silly.

For the record, Irene's latest deleted message is in this thread from today at 8.29 AM. But according to Irene she has never had any messages deleted so her stats are pretty good. 1 from 11,000.

From mystery shopping, I did not learn how/why there were other contexts and possible explanations for one of his statements. I knew this from other experiences and training. I also knew enough to expect, or at least not be surprised by, tomatoes, horror, and other strong reactions from people who read the remark from other perspectives. And this leads-- more or less-- back to the topic of this thread.

From mystery shopping, I learned that one set of guidelines given to multiple shoppers can generate different sets of questions, disagreements, and requests for additional information. It is a wonder how some shops get completed, yes?

From mystery shopping, I learned to bide my time. Sometimes, some shop fees will increase or bonuses will be added as time passes and no shopper claims a shop. This can make the work efficient and/or cost effective, depending upon the situation.

My Atty. friend said, bullying/stalking on the internet is a crime...just saying from a professional. Moose is putting the forum and Jacob in jeopardy by doing those two things, and that is not fair. From mystery shopping, I have learned that I should always have at least one backup plan (and change of clothes) per shopping day. Sloppy burgers, squirting sunscreen, bovines lollygagging and emitting effluvia on highways and byways, and other unpredictable events have contributed to this realization.

I have learned to think fast and keep a straight face. If things get a little iffy during a shop, I can think fast and come up with a plausible answer. I guess you can say we have to learn to become excellent liars when needed. I have also been forced to develop excellent writing and spelling skills.

From mystery shopping, or from doing so much of it that I became an ambulatory nap, I learned that persons I evaluate may be even more tired or frazzled than I at my sleepless worst. Will any mystery shop feedback alleviate unknown conditions that contribute to tiredness or less-than-bestness? I have dropped any/all expectation that what I provide as feedback might be useful. The issue/-s may be outside of the workplace. I have downgraded my shopper importance to "nope. not at all important. cannot know more than a moment. that moment may not matter much in the larger scheme of things".

Today I learned that people who are shopping will lie, their Managers will lie for them and the MSC will back them up over myself! Fortunately, I have it all on video. This will be my first lawsuit! She did not give me my card back after I handed it to her to pay the bill. I didn't realize it until I went to put all of my pocket stuff into the basket. In a couple of months, I won't be the only one who will have learned something.

If it is on video, I'm sure it will get dealt with before it gets to court. Hopefully, you will get some kind of compensation for the hassle and stress.
