Applebee's burgers are very awful! I was so disappointed.

Red Robin has a burger with a fried egg on the menu. It is delicious! Add some bacon, and yu have the perfect brunch burger.

Found a carton of egg whites for $2.89(100g of protein) at Target. Probably the cheapest protein source I found yet. Bought a couple of cartons. I almost cried. Please someone hold me!

Ok, so someone reported my post about eggwhites causing stinky gas because I used the word "fart" and the mods removed my post? Actually I said "fowl" because it's about chicken embryos and I thought that was punny..but man, the forum must not have a lot of negative stuff going on if that's the kind of comment that gets pounced upon and removed these days. DavePi... a carton of eggs in one hand, and a big wooden spoon for stirring in the other... I've been thinking about adding egg whites to my coffee. Apparently, egg whites+butter make it delicious.
