Just a vent!

Sooooo tired of companies that will not allow an accurate report to go through to the client!

Granted, you don't know when you head out what your experience will be.

Granted, even the worst of experiences can be brighten in a nice, almost positive way.

Granted, who wants to receive a bad report?

But seriously, come on campanies --- you are paid to provide an ACCURATE snapshot of the experience! Don't deny us payment because the report reflects a negative experience. Don't rewrite it to eliminate the negatives.

Aaaarrrrrggghhhhh! Ok - I feel better.

I just sent in a negative report, although this company is great...(bad day I guess). The MSC accepted it, got a 9 and I think most want the truth, but, a few might not depending on the Client.
