Got to "New Mystery Shoppers" and read everything there. That will tell you more than you need to get started and build your mystery shopping business.

Register with a few companies, take jobs near you and just do it. You will learn as you go along. Companies are listed on this forum, and we write of the good and bad about them. Read instructions first, and go for it...good luck! Remember it's not brain surgery, just common sense.
