What will you treat yourself to when you think it is finally safe to do so?

Two types of answers, please:
What little indulgence?
What big plan?

Manicure and pedicure
Travel by train from Toronto to Vancouver, Canada.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.

Little indulgence: There is a nice seafood restaurant in the next town over that has a dinner special of a four course meal for under $30. As soon as we feel safe, we will be taking ourselves and a couple of our older children out for a leisurely meal.

Big plan: Solar roofing and well pump.

Little=Several dine-in fast food and casual dining meals

Big=Disney cruise [likely not until Christmas 2021]
One thing that the BF and I have talked about during this is how much we are going to do when we can get out and we made 2 lists..stuff we want to do locally and stuff we want to do as far as travel. It was fun to do and I hope we get to tick a bunch of stuff off of both.

What little indulgence? Finally going back to Cafe 2825 in Atlantic City, where they wheel out a giant round of cheese and prepare pasta in it tableside as well as tableside mozz making, etc. You can't get out of there under $100pp if you're really enjoying yourself. The last & only time it was about $300 for 2 with tip. I dream about that tableside pasta. (this might sound like a big indulgence, but it's nowhere near the cost of my big plan lol)

What big plan? We are beer nerds and have been talking about taking a beer road trip South for a long time. We mapped out exactly where we want to go and hopefully by the fall/early winter we can make it happen.

Shopping the South Jersey Shore
Little indulgence - eat out for lunch
Big indulgence - hopefully Cancun since our April trip got canceled.
Little indulgence = none.
Big indulgence = none.

I really just want to finish all the @#%@$%^%& projects which have nothing to do with the dratted disease. That's it!

Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished. - Lao-Tzu
Little indulgence - back to the pool at the gym. I am missing swimming enormously

Big indulgence -- lots of places I would like to travel but won't be doing because SO is no longer up for travel.
Little indulgence-pedicure. Big indulgence-trip with Hubby to celebrate our 40th anniversary in August.

Happiness is not a goal; it is a by-product. Eleanor Roosevelt
Little- I really, really hate to say this but there's a great Chinese place not so far away.

Big- Pack the surfboards and the fishing rods and blow the CARES money on the trip to Bocas del Toro, Panama that I had to cancel two years ago.

San Diego has a ton of craft breweries.

I did the bourbon trail in Kentucky last year. It was fantastic.
Manicure/pedicure and a steakhouse dinner....trip to Chicago Aug 29th for B-day. this is a ritual for me and my daughter and I just purchased a ticket for 43.00 ...if I feel it isn't safe to go, Southwest has to honor reservation for a year. I have a feeling when airline travel returns, it will be very expensive. , someone has to make up for loss. Glad I have been to Europe a few times, and at this point, being with family is most important.

Live consciously....
Little: My dog's hair cut.

Big: My hair cut!

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

Would love to get back to CA as an adult and hopefully will do that within the decade. San Diego has some of my favorite breweries! I am a Maker's Mark Ambassador and even had my name on one of the barrels, waited a decade to go get a bottle from it and had a family emergency that kept me at home and never did get to it. I'd absolutely love to to that trail!

Little indulgence: the mani-pedi I am in dire need of, as DIY is not making it.

Big indulgence: I have not yet decided.

"I told myself to quit you; but I don't listen to drunks." -Chris Stapleton
Estancia! Will it ever be safe again to do a buffet salad bar and have meat served table to table on skewers?
What little indulgence? Haircut by a celebrity stylist (much needed) My hair is getting ridiculously long.

What big plan? 1-2 week trip internationally that is not going to be a shop.
I want a burger. You know which one.

(which is hilarious around this house because I did like 8 of them in the 10 days prior to the shutdown, and made sure everyone knew how I never wanted to ever see one again.)
I would get my eyebrows done outside. I have been threading them for the first time in my life thanks to a YouTube tutorial.

Go on a Safari in Canada which actually was the plan for summer.

Don't think it will be soon though.
