Amazon Prime Days

I had to get some November birthday presents, and I heard some would be available on Amazon. During the ordering process I was asked about signing up for Amazon Prime, I declined and proceeded. The last step I was prompted again to join (30 day free trial), get that gift here in two days, and enjoy that Prime Video. So, I did. I got the gifts, and have been watching Prime Video. However, I am cancelling within 30 days. I would definitely advise the 30 day trial, especially this time of the year.

I first signed up when I was in grad school and got the membership for half price. I thought it was just 2 day shipping.

Nope! I got my Mom an annual subscription for her birthday.

Prime Video, same day shipping with Pantry, free Kindle books, Prime Music (my fave) and so many other things. Take a look at the email you get, Prime Insider. That comes out every month and will give you a full scope of what Prime offers.

I renewed my Prime membership and ordered 2 very pretty Christmas cactus to be delivered to my mom and my cousin's wife. I will make arrangements to have a fresh meal delivered also!!

I also got Prime Video on my Roku and watched The Wilds movie. I will watch Black Box next cuz Honny liked it.

I ordered my Christmas gifts last night. I got a book for my Mom, and some beer glasses for my Dad. I found the glasses when I typed in "Christmas gift for Dad." I'm not sure yet what I am going to get for my brother.

I have never grown cactus. They look easy to grow. Unfortunately I had an infestation of fruit fles and threw out half of my houseplants. I no longer have the small black flies anymore ,so maybe I could start over!!

I see Walmart has a membership same price as Amazon but they offer free shipping. That is not good at all in comparison to benefits for Amazon Prime!!!

For where I live, Walmart doesn't offer the same shipping times that Amazon does. I ordered trash bags from them and they took a week to get to me.

I had a bad infestation of fruit flies when I bought produce from the dollar store. I tried a bunch of stuff I found online and nothing truly worked. What got rid of them for good was the almost empty bottle of wine I left on the counter. It drew them all in and I guess they were too drunk to find their way out.

I watched Black Box. I had a hard time keeping up .... interesting ending. Very amusing but not a good movie to watch before bed time. LOL I want to watch The Departed and the Hunted.

I ordered holiday plaid leggings and a purple galaxy leggings, Presto coffee perculator and some sets of drawers for my sewing stuff. Holiday leggings arrived yesterday!!

They are red plaid...very festive. All Christmas gifts have been delivered.

I saw Black Box a month ago. It was a really good movie but all that walking and crunching creeped me out. I ordered a calendar too for my kitchen.

I am so frustrated with their subscriptions. I have 3 items I get by subscription at different times. It's impossible for me to consolidate them and add two more for a bigger discount.

I never tried to subscribe to anything. I got my new leggings... purple galaxy print and my coffee perculator will arrive today.
