Barley cooked in the juice of a can of 'light' peaches, with the chopped fruit, a tiny bit of real maple syrup, and walnuts added at the end.

If it's just breakfast for me, it's usually toast, tea and some diced fruit. If we are eating as a family, then it's all in. Waffles with diced peaches and whipped cream on top (because the fruit makes it healthy, you know!), bacon or sausage patties, fruit salad. Or fruit trifle made with angel food cake and vanilla sauce. Or peach tarts served with corned beef hash. We are hedonists when it comes to breakfast.

Something, not sure what, that did not agree with me. Tomorrow, I will be more careful and bring an extra shirt, just in case. Hoping for perfect health and a bagel on a find Saturday, but...
