Not. I am having a reaction to my recent covid shot. This is not a reason for anyone to skip their vaccine opportunity. It is a reason for me to shun breakfast,. skip a shift at work without penalty (because we can take no chances whatsoever with our peeps there), and lose a day of progress on projects. In a perfect world, tomorrow's breakfast will involve garlic bagels piled high with good things including lots of pungent onions! Mmm!

I had smoothie with almond milk, greek yogurt, fresh banana (seeds removed) and peanut butter.

1/2 covered with smashed avocado, chopped tomato and not quite perfect poached egg.
Other half slathered in "butter" and 2 tsp Chokecherry syrup. So good, and a total of 6 out of my 23 WW points

I had 2 cups organic coffee 1/2 decaf and I made a smoothie, organic almond milk, greek yogurt, peanut butter and 4 peach slices with a big scoop of vital proteins collagen peptides. I am good to go.
I was evil and had a big, chocolate chip muffin. Swag from yesterday's Dash-In shop. There is another one in the freezer for next week.

Today I had coffee with Chips Ahoy's original chocolate chip cookie as a dunker. It is cheaper and more of than the Biscotti that I usually get.
