Spinach and Swiss Cheese omelette, 12 grain bread topped with avocados
and Columbian Coffee. Courtesy of my baby girl.
The sensible breakfast for an early morning road trip: mostly decaf with the plant-based protein meal replacement product. And extra fiber stirred into the mix.

Tomato, green pepper, scallion omelettes with pepper jack cheese. Columbian coffee, croissants and mimosas.
Raisin Bran with toasted oats with a heaping pile of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries and fat free milk. Also a home-made double Brown Sugar Crumble (Green Mountain) iced coffee to consume during the day.
The plant-based meal stuff, stirred into mostly decaf, with a little added fiber and a hefty splash of non-dairy for good measure.

I had my organic coffee, then had a Marie Calendar frozen dinner.....chicken with alfredo and brocolli. It was very tasty.

I made one serving with tomatoes, peppers, onions and an egg

I attempted to eat a bowl of DH's Kashi cardboard cereal. Disgusting! Columbian coffee for me and a bowl of honey bunches of oats.
Have you tried Kashi Go chocolate cereal? It tastes so good I forget it’s healthy.

Blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, OJ, Green tea, Columbian coffee, turkey bacon and home fries. That's a wrap.
