Apple-cinnamon oatmeal with flax, topped with a sliced banana. Some cream and real vanilla mixed in, too. Just right for this cold morning.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

3 cups organic coffee and a smoothie I made with almond milk, yogurt, frozen mango chunks and collagen peptides. It is so good. I'll prolly have oatmeal tomorrow.

As soon as humanly possible, I am going to make the Sicilian Whole Orange Cake. There is something about the Italian brand yeast, and yogurt as a substitute is mentioned. The yeast was on Amazon. When I have all the ingredients, I will make this substantial cake and have it for breakfast and any time!

While dreaming of the real orange cake, I had leftovers from last night. This is not as... well, orange as the cake, but it cleans up the 'fridge and spreads the calories over more hours.
