I had a ham wrap with coleslaw made with a creamy honey mustard dressing. Just the right crunch to replace potato chips. Although I did have some of them later....
A PB&J on a decent sourdough bread with a glass of milk. Creamy PB about twice normal thickness for a luxurious mouth feel, savored rather than chomped.
My go-to meal...enough chopped vegetables to fill up a rectangular plastic food container (somewhere between three and four cups), baked tofu, a homemade muffin, and a piece of fruit.

Last night's leftovers, Pigs in a blanket that was undercooked by about two minutes. So the dough was a little raw on the sides. Baked beans and a biscuit with blackberry jelly from Braum's. I have seen shops there, but I have never managed to get one to line up with what else I was doing that day.
Rainy, cold day today. All we did was nest and eat. Green leaf lettuce garden salad with Balsamic bruschetta on french baguette bread
. My basil frozen from last summer's crop was fragrant and so delicious.

I am making soup from leftover Perdue oven roaster. I added potatoes, carrots, galric, scallions, bay leaf, celery salt, pepper and green beans. It smells good.
Chipotle sofritas bowl with brown rice, tomato salsa, corn, lettuce, cheese, fajitas and guacamole. Shared half of it with my hungry office neighbor. So yummy!
