What are you having for lunch ?

Ha, ha, ha. My office neighborhood ordered Big Macs yesterday. We all did it via the app. Ate one and a drank latte for $2+ $2 tip. 4 volunteers picked up a boatload of orders, lol. Fun, delicious and decadent. Today i had nothing for lunch. Egg sandwich with turkey bacon at 11AM. Columbian coffee too.

Ladies ordered via Uber Eats. Grilled Chicken Panini sandwiches and Chicken Parmigiana. DH and I had spinach cheese omelettes with air fried tator tots.

Ha ha. On a roll today. Made potato salad. Had it with a sliced chicken rotisserie (COSTCO) sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce. So good. The potato salad will be gone once DH gets home. I can't keep up with him!

Road trip food. Might be something, might be nothing. In a perfect world, I can pick up mystery shop food and have reimbursed road trip food.

Whatever hubby chooses to order. We can't cook today because the kitchen is filled with food for thought-- I mean, stacks and stacks of books. Tonight, those will be sorted and packed for keeps or donations. That is the end of one of the largest projects.

First day to cook at home again. Kitchen has been liberated from its use as a staging area for the sorting project. What shall we have? Hmmmm.....

did a shop that has the meats from jobslinger. it was highly bonused due to being in a small out of the way town. and the new sauce was pretty good. was going to get a second shop and chow down even more but i missed the time by 2 minutes sad smiley i wasnt paying attention. oh well i got it rescheduled thankfully for this saturday so its something im looking forward too
