Wonderful Ruben sandwich, half of an order of very crisp onion rings, iced tea. Brought home half of the sandwich for lunch tomorrow. This was the delayed lunch with a MS buddy at a great deli. (Not a shop.)

Home fries and a Spinach and cheese omelette. DD coffee. Made by one of my favorite ladies.
My Mom made the most delicious Pasta Fagioli soup and crisp Italian bread. My organic pears refused to ripen. They were OK, but not juicy and sweet.
Homemade black bean chili con carne topped with shredded sharp cheddar, a few taco chips with guacamole, cold tea.

Potato Broccoli soup made overnight in slow cooker. Mom loved it! I didn't have any as I was at work. Also, lunch rolled in; chicken wrap with pesto, veggies, cheese, whatever and sweet potato fries. Left my salad for someone to take home.
Delicious saladi.e. Chicken Parmesan Bowl - quinoa, broccoli, tomato, pesto. Unsweetened iced tea which I got heckled for by many. Ha, ha, ha.

Tomorrow will probably have something souper simplistic such as tomato soup. It's my fave.

Egg omelette sandwich with Swiss Cheese and Spinach. Finished my Cranberry Trail Mix.

I made great northern bean soup from dried beans. It's very good and healthy.
