Have you lost weight during the Pandemic?

I have always been slim. I lost 12 lbs. during the past 14 months. People ask me why? Uuumm, not eating/intake of less fattening food. How about you?

I have lost 20 pounds. Really surprised me because I'm not getting near the exercise and mobility because of my back getting worse. I'm almost down 1 size. And this time I have kept it off. Quite happy about that.
Yup, I am down about 45 lbs. Basically I needed to add more walking time to help decompress since working from home (to me) is harder since you have no office talk. I worry I will gain some back but I continue to walk 3 miles a day.

@cjbstar not sure what is going on with your back, I have had multiple surgeries and when they recommends a new fusion I went off script and asked for a spinal cord stimulater. BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE. Look into if you can benefit from one.

I was down about 10 pounds from beginning of 2020 until about two months ago. Now, even though I'm walking 10,000-12,000 steps a day (and sometimes more) half of the weight has come back.

Did anything significant happen in the last two months?

In the beginning, I lost about 10 pounds because I was worried about saving food for my kids....thought the shelves would run out of food or someone would be too sick for me to get to the store in a timely manner.

In the last 8 months, I've put all that back on plus some....ugh :'(
I lost 5 pounds mostly because I slept better. No school for my daughter and no office for my husband. WFH and LFH gave me two more hours of sleep in the morning.
I lost about 10 pounds, mostly from daily walks and not going out to eat (and drink!)
oteixeira - I have extensive arthritis, stenosis, and some disk damage. The worst is L4 and L5. I've had 3 MRS and nerve tests in the last few years. It's been worse with each one. I could manage the pain until a year ago. It's just too much now. The pain and the nerve damage are the reasons I'm having surgery. Back surgery is a crap shoot. I hope I'm one of the lucky ones. It's not from any accidents, I just have a crappy back. I was a bit of a tom boy for years and very physical. A few falls from horse riding along the way didn't help matters either, lol.
