Side Hustle?

In the current land of the 'gig economy' or what’s left of it secondary to COVID impact, I’m curious what side gigs of supplemental income do you guys have?

I own and rent out a small apartment that I was able to pick up on the cheap and work part time as a freelancer (translations).

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I do IT related surveys and focus groups. Did one yesterday after work. Four hours for $600. Thank goodness they provided food. These do not come around often. Got home late only to roll out of bed the next morning. Much more lucrative and interesting to me than MS. DDs sell on Mercari and Poshmark.

Mystery shopping is my side hustle. And I really only care about food although there are a couple of other kinds of shops I'll grab if they are close and look like easy money. But mostly I I use it to cover my eating out.
MSing/Merch'ing is my side hustle as well....my only hustle, really. As a retiree, I pick and choose what I like. For me, it's probably more of a hobby, as I usually only earn between $200-$400/month, so not really a "job"....more of a hobby.
Invited to a $300 3 hr. IT group. After everything was said and done, I was notified today it was in person, no longer online. Working from home did not put me in a convenient location. I had to pass. 3 hrs. round trip commute time did not make it worthwhile not to mention, I would have had to travel with my laptop on the way there. :-(
Everything I do is like a part-time job. It adds up and one type of work gives rest from something else. In my heart, there is room for one, or maybe two, more... I would love to be a pet sitter again/house sitter again.

The spouse and I each donate plasma twice a week. Although the plasma is donated, we are compensated for our time. We usually get about $700 a month each for about 12 hours total time each. The plasma is vitally necessary for making lifesaving medications, so it's a side hustle we feel good about.
I sell the MShop stuff (when i actually get to buy something) on ebay etc. That usually works out pretty well for me.
