Upcoming shortages

Goldie I don't know what to tell you to do. You have to decide what's best for you.

We sold out of PA and moved to TN a few years ago and it was the best thing we ever did. A little trouble but the best thing!!
We ended up with a lot of cash for our house. Paid cash for our house then just this last year got a little home equity load for some home improvements.

It would depend on your job. Before I retired I would have never considered moving away from my job. But when I had to retire we decided TN was the place to be..

Housing is much cheaper here than most any where else in the country. Land taxes are low. There is no employment tax.

Your feelings about your car are like mine about my car. I love my car. Like you I had wanted one for years and finally was able to buy one. Now no matter how high gas gets I'm not planning on taking on a car payment. Would defeat the purpose of having a car getting better gas.
