error by scheduler and should shopper be penalized by non paymeshopper nt of shop

I work for quite a large company and until now enjoyed it. About one and half week ago they had a major mix up involving a large account, whereas scheduler's comments, description and guidelines of shop had different and confliction scenarios. I emailed the scheduler about one [particular shop that I was doing that day and follow all her instructions about holding submissions etc. It turned out OK. I had another for same client I had submitted 2 days before and but it turns out it was part of the mix up, I did not know that and I did correctly. A week later I received conflicting messages from scheduler. reassuring me everything will be fixed, nothing to do or to worry about. But from reviewer, telling me to re -submit shop and finally the boss telling me" re-enter shop otherwise I send anothe shopper today and you will not be paid". I sent emails to everyone asking how to proceed for re-entering information etc. as my shop was already submitted and showing as "Received" and no longer available to me. I did not get a reply from anybody. I do not know what happened. My shop is still sitting in my log until now, not reviewed. I found this treatment very unfair. As anything like that ever happen to any of you?. I was thinking to contact the boss asking for an explanation. My shopper rating with that company is usually 10/10 never lower than 9/10 MRCCCC

I would first call my scheduler and in a real time voice conversation discuss the whole thing with him/her and see what they can do to get it fixed. Remind him/her that you previously had this conversation and yet you still got the reviewer demand, the boss demand and no answer to your request to get the shop back to re-enter. Point out that this mixup is beyond your ability to rectify and it is causing you concern not only about payment for work done, but about what might happen to your reputation with the company. "Don't worry" is not an answer. Getting it fixed is.
and worst come to worse tell em to "stuff it" and find some one else..

I would do as Flash says, contact the scheduler. If you have any emails, you can say per attached email with a date.

If the above does not work, contact someone above the scheduler. In addition, keep all your emails which may have to be fowarded to her superior.
