There is always a balance between cash flow, ease of assignments and proximity or convenience of assignments.

To preserve oneself however, it is important to recognize when self-care is priceless, when you need to say no, even at the risk of some hardship or stress.
Picky? You bet I am. I'm as picky with selecting mystery shops like I did with selecting a spouse...

They have to be enjoyable, loyal company, profitable, dependable, etc. and close to me.

I would never select high maintenance, long distance, or unprofitable types where I am not in charge of my destiny.

These are obvious decisions, right?
