I send a letter to the BBB as well, and cc them on it. Do not do those rush jobs ever again, and tell them why...specifically! Then send a copy to the people that handle their business license, do a bit of research and send one to all the Corp Officers.
I am a retired Union Organizer that believes in revenge. They leave you alone after that. The junk stops. There are so many good companies that you can work with. Don't waste your time/life and work only with the good ones.
