Bestmark a little slow lately?
THANK YOU! I just finished my report from my shop last night & noticed the same thing. I have one pending from the 3rd. I was thinking I had entered something incorrectly. Guess they must just be behind because evreything else seems to be O.K. with their site.
Remmeber last week had Labor dfay and most NSC's didn't work on that day. That could be the reason or they just might be swamped wih reports.
Hmm, I wonder if they read this because they were approved last nast. 
They have to be behind. They have yet to verify a receipt from 9/7. I've never seen them this backed up.
On a related note, I've always received my checks on or the day after the "processed" date-but no check as of yet and it was Friday.

Perhaps they are using the Ath Power Accounting method.
Yesterday, 9-14, I received a check dated 9-2, for shops done the second half of Aug. That's a longer lag time than last month's check, dated 8-19, received 8-25. Slower, yes, but still one of my fastest paying MSPs, which hopefully will remain unchanged.
I would never shop for these folks again. They pay too little and require too detail of a report. They will penalize you for late reports and not pay you for any reason they will find.
Slow is an understatement. They will dock you $1, $2, $3 for reports that are submitted late just 1 minute even though their web site is down and it's not your fault. And then they will find some lame excuse to not pay you and terminate you. Don't shop for them!
Wonder what is going on? I got yet another new scheduler for my state today. This is the 3rd one in less than 10 weeks. :/
I've had several schedulers the past few months too.
I've never been docked for a shop, but have been called many times for clarification on shops. They have really professional editors and they are really good. They don't hammer you, but instead want to get a feel for the shop. (This is probably due to my poor writing.) I only do about 6-12 of their shops per month, due to the lack of pay. I think this may be the only company I shop that I enjoy a call from the editor. I do about 130 shops each month and these guys are ok in my book.
FYI: It appears BestMark has caught up: I see that a check for payment of my 8/29-9/12 shops was cut yesterday.
I imagine they have tons of reports to edit and get backed up like any company can. They definitely are the fastest paying MSC I have ever shopped for, I was also wondering why I often had a different scheduler all the time so I asked after the 3rd one! They told me that some states have many more shops than others so they like to move around the schedulers to balance it out so that one scheduler isn't always bombarded with the same shops. I kind of like having a new one every now and then, plus the other 2 I had before will still take my phone calls because we have a good relationship.
I just received a check in the mail today (11th) dated the 3rd.
