Second to None

Anyone else having problems uploading receipts for your jobs? I have talked to a couple of friends having same issue.

I sent all my receipts to my scheduler and was not contacted that there was an issue. My jobs are all back on the board and no notice to me.

I haven't done any shops for them recently, however when I did I never had any problems getting them to them. If you are having trouble with scanning them you might want to fax them to them. Here the phone number for their faxs;
734-302-8445 I hope this helps out.
Thanks. I dont have a fax! I have shopped with them for over four years and only have an issue once in a while. This is just frustrating as I emailed them knowing that they were not uploading and trying to save everyone the extra effort. I contacted and am trying to resolve now.
I just uploaded with no problem. If needed, you can email them to receipts@second-to-none.com. I would notify the scheduler, just as you did. Schedulers can sound the alarm faster than a shoppersmiling smiley
If you're not sending sensitive info like your SS#, there are numerous totally free fax services available online.

Here are a few I use when I must send a fax of non-critical info like receipts:

[gotfreefax.com]
[faxorama.com]
[faxzero.com]

No standard online fax service is immune to interception, so don't send critical info from anything but a landline fax. A friend in the mortgage business said they don't send anything critical through eFax because it's become such a target for hackers. They do everything by encrypted PDF files (but even those can be deciphered if someone wants to).

Hope that helps!

STN is weird. I was having problems uploading receipts. I started saving them as "TIF"s and the problem ended...:p

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.

I just realized how auto correct butchered some of my post, and I didn't catch it! Argh!
