I just signed up for Cori but have a question

I havent been validated yet. Does Cori jobs show the payment usually or do you have to go through all the big presentations/tests before you see the amount paid?

You have to finish each test before you can see the amount. Typically once you get through the test, you will want to hit yourself in the head because you feel that you wasted a whole bunch of time to see that they are only paying $3.00

They do however bonus fairly quickly. You need to decide what the value is to you. They will go up, but it will depend on when you or someone else takes the shop.
Thanks for the fast reply. That seems like a horrible system that you have to watch a 25 minute video to find out they will pay $3 for a job.

It also kind of freaked me out that they asked for my checking account information. Is it safe to give or should I pay the paypal fees?

Checking account information I am always happy to give out. Any Tom, Dick or Harry could get it off of a check I wrote to them anyway. I consider it much less sensitive than my SS#. They want the information for direct deposit and that I find is the quickest, easiest way to receive payments from any company.

That is a very good point and makes me feel better.
I prefer the checking route. I use a checking account from a credit union I've been with forever, but one that has NOTHING else attached to it; no other checking accounts, credit card accounts, etc. Once I get paid (which I haven't yet, I'm new) I'll write checks from that account to me to pull the money out of there and place it in my REAL checking account. That's about as sterile an environment as I can make it, if someone gets hold of that account they won't have much to find.
I wouldn't use PayPal with CoRI since you have to eat the fees. I've had the DD option with them for almost 4 years and it's nice to wake up early on Friday morning and see the money there. Like Shelly said it can be disheartening to see the original fee and worse is when the job is bonussed and all you can do is request it as a backup. Rest assured as you get more experience there won't be a need to watch the whole presentation. I sometimes pass the test without even going through the training just because so many things are now second nature. If not I just pull up the one that allows you to click on thumbnails and take it as an open booksmiling smiley

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
Hi all. Just signed up to be a CRI shopper. For the life of me I can not pass the Corporate culture test. Did anyone else have trouble with this? Like to think of myself as relatively intelligent. I cant sign up for a single shop til I pass it. urgh.
I didn't recall this test, but it's available for review under my log-in. As others have suggested when taking tests, keep the presentation open in one window or tab, and open the test in another. Bounce back and forth with each question, as needed. Read the questions carefully. Sometimes the way they are worded can be confusing. I always write my answers down as I go, 1. A, 2. C, etc.
