I have done about 30 jobs for them in the last year. Just be sure that you are thorough with your essay portions. And make sure the answers on in the right spot. they are good about contacting you and giving what you still need to add. I now have a 9/10 rating with them. They do pay when they say they do. A lot of the actual jobs take 15 mins.or less. the report writing is what takes the time. They are always getting me on syntax.

It is SEG. They are very, very detail oriented with the narratives. I've been critiqued for not using the "associate's" name frequently enough when writing. (I was using the title that the company uses for associates.) That having been said, I have never gotten less than a 9, usually 10s. I find their editors very reasonable.

They pay exactly as they say they will. I snap up every job I can find from them, even with lower fees.

I performed a shop for them over two weeks ago, and the report is still showing completed, and the report has not been reviewed yet. Is this common for this company? I have never had a report take this long to be reviewed. I have emailed the scheduler twice, and I still have not heard back from them. I am getting concerned that this company could be flaky.

They are not flaky. I checked, since I get feedback on all my reports-I've never waited more than 48 hours from submission. I would call. Schedulers do quit companies and things can be in disarray.

I too, have always had timely feed back. Never have had an issue with pay.

Similar to my experience with them as well. Because of the narrative requirements and the nit-pickiness regarding them, I typically will only do high dollar jobs for them, but have no hesitations doing so occasionally.

I love this company- fantastic staff and responsive schedulers. I do mainly phone shops for them, but they do have yummy chocolate shops once in a while. They pay quickly, and at least for the shops I do for them, they pay monthly and include every reviewed shop up until the day before payment was made.

I just signed up with them and requested a chocolate shop. Hope I get it!

I find them to be really nice to work with and do not find the reports to be nit picky at all. Perhaps they have different shops in my town?

i used to always sign up for them sometimes just a few minutes after the email comes out and i never got it. i guess just too many shoppers in my area wanting to do it. hope you have better luck.

See, the bummer about the chocolate shop is that Maritz had it previously, and paid more for a much simpler report. I have a hard time feeling good about getting paid less to do more. It seems a common theme in mystery shopping.
