I don't like Gfk

I recently signed up for the MSC and signed up for some of their cell phone shops. Well, I did not know that I would be having trouble logging in and found out through this site that it was a common issue recently because of updates.

I emailed the scheduled on Thursday to let them know that I was having issues.

Saturday comes around and I get a cancellation email..but she hadn't replied yet

So I emailed them and explain that I have not heard from my scheduler. I then get an email on Monday stating "is there anything that I can help you with?"

Umm, yeah, I emailed you on Thursday to let you know that I'm having issues logging in and now it's Monday.

She agrees to put the shops back on my webpage so I tell her that I'll need the ones that i have this week moved around, as I cannot input so many shops in one day during the week.

Well, she doesn't reply until Tuesday..so more shops get cancelled.

I emailed her YESTERDAY MORNING to tell her that I need my shops moved around, as I cannot do it myself, and no reply yet.

I'm just cancelling all of them. I cannot deal with a scheduler who only logs into her email once a day.

Geez, after seeing reports could be submitted with Google Chrome now that's not even an option. Just old versions of IE or Firefox is craziness. CORI is the only other company I'm with who only functions with one browser and at least it's the current version. Sounds like they need an upgrade of their IT department, LOL!

Chances are they are much too busy spamming all of their shoppers with potential jobs than dealing with the ones that will actually accept one.

I failed their sign up tests and haven't heard anything good since, glad I 'wrote them off' in the first place.

I failed that as well, so I told them that they could feel free to cancel my account. It took me forever to even get a password response from them when I had initially signed up for them.
I've had the same experience with them before. It was so bad, that I just stopped doing their shops. I've gone back and completed a couple of them and everything was okay, but I still don't take very many.

I have a MSC that I've emailed the scheduler many times to find out the outcome of a shop that I experienced problems with almost a month ago, and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER!! The shop shows on their web page, but it was one of those I had to submit the report as an attachment via email.

It upsets me to no end when we get penalized if we "don't communicate" or don't get a shop completed on time because of unforeseen circumstances and need help, but the schedulers don't seem to care about getting back to us when we have a problem.

FAILING TESTS - Are you guys talking about the tests associated with those high-end retail shops at department stores? I have that test on my "To Do" list so I can be eligible for more money. Are the tests really that hard? Do they allow you to retake it if you don't pass the first time?

Oh, ok, thatsdeadwrong. I already passed that test but the only job that I have performed for them was a cell phone shop far away from where I live and then they were out of business so I only got paid $3.00 for my efforts. Didn't even pay for my gas. I am still tempted to try these high-end shops though. Wish me luck! :-)

Everyone's talking about no response with job problems and today I actually thought they might respond quickly after I e-mailed. Payment came in for a bonus job completed several weeks ago and when I look they had the basic fee listed, no bonus and a really big reimbursement. Just the amount of the over payment was a little more than twice what they owed me. I sent a message through the site before 10 am and didn't hear anything all day. Meanwhile I transferred the portion owed to my bank and left the extra in my PayPal account.
