ICCDS has adopted receipt upload and online invoice!

I must have totally missed this update, as I have not shopped for ICCDS in a few weeks.

I went to submit a shop today and was totally psyched to be able to upload my receipt and simply initial my invoice (a la MF). What an improvement!

I know many don't like ICCDS, but they pay like clockwork and their reports are among the simplest out there.

Thanks for taking the last step for me to LOVE you, ICCDS!

I noticed a post about this a couple of weeks ago but didn't pay much attention. When I did an ICCDS shop Friday I noticed the guidelines explained a new process for uploading the receipt. I input the shop report later Friday and held my breath.....will it work? Will I mess up? NO! Everything was smooth! The upload is just like the Sassie and Prophet uploads EXCEPT you do it AFTER you submit the report. And after submitting the report the invoice pops up and you sign with your initials and click submit. DONE! Very smooth, much easier. I like it.
WoW I must have completely missed this. I did shops on Thursday and Friday and it that feature was on my reports I totally missed it. Was it very obvious, or something I could have just missed because I do these shops on auto-pilot? Or is it only on certain shops?

It was super obvious. Once you clicked past the summary of the job (the 4 line detail that shows up after you complete the report), instead of taking you to the invoice, as in the past, it took you to a new screen with a white box and an upload button. I uploaded the receipt there. Next, I was taken to the invoice screen where I typed my initials in a box at the bottom.

Very, very similar to MFI, but much cleaner interface and no check-back needed. They may be rolling it out in batches by client-I know this was the end of this client's shops for the month, though.
I was able to upload easily here and they happen to have my most favorite type of shop ever so I'm happy.

Weird, mine didn't have that. I submitted it last night around 8 PM. When I clicked submit, it took me to the invoice page like before.
Yeah my guess is it takes a while to get fully into the system, but what do I know? I really like Iccds and would definitely recommend. Great easier contemporary update.
I did a shop for ICCds recently but I did not see what some of us saw. I did see on the invoice page. There were three ways to get the receipt and invoice to ICCds. Fax, email or mail.

I emailed my invoice and attachment my receipt. and I sent a postal copy.

It would be nice if it is an easier system.
With today's technology, I hope all companies are moving towards receipt uploads. It so much easier than emailing or faxing. smiling smiley

Hmm. I have 3 scheduled next week for 2 clients other than the one I completed as described. Will let you know what happens with those two.
After completing the current report, go to History. Click on history and it brings you to the current reported shop. Then there is two link up. One says view report and the other says upload images.

In the middle of the invoice page, it also tells you three ways to get your receipt and invoice to Iccds. Fax, mail and email. Email the receipt to receipt@iccds.com.

B/c you are going to your EMA to email the receipt, download or copy your invoice and include it in the email. Once you make a copy of the invoice, it lets you sign your name and date it. and scan your receipt as an attachment.

I send my invoice and receipt in this way, right after I did the report. Also sent the postal way b/c I did not know if this was the way they wanted the invoice. After sending them this way I went back to the history page and now the message was "already upload images." Go figure. It was accepted. So maybe that's the way.
This innnovation came about because the msc was smart enough to seek shopper suggestions and I applaued them then and do so now.

Having a second back up option of faxing and/or US mailing receipts makes sense if you have a scanner problem or computer glich--it does happen.

Always have Plan B.
Yes.. yay! I've recently signed on with them and did 4 shops for them in the last two days.
Did another shop for them yesterday. I liked the new upload. Definitely is a time saviour (sp)

Today on a hummy, I printed out my invoice for me. Everything I wanted it to say and do was right there. The receipt was as legible as you want it to be. So, unless the editor or MSClient was blind, they should have no problem reading it.

Hip hip hooray. ICCDS has made my day. (move over MFI)

Now ICCDS do something about those many pamplets you want.
Weird, I wonder if they just have that feature for certain clients. I did one last night and it still had the invoice to print.

I knew I meant to get back to you on that. I did 3 diff ICCDS clients this week and all had that option.

I wonder if you empty your cache/cookies/Temp Int files if that would change???
I did grocery shops last week and still had to print out the doggoned invoices. I can't wait until that nonsense is unnecessary. =)
Hello Everyone,
Thank you for all of your feedback regarding our new receipt upload and online invoice process. I am so happy to hear that many of you are excited and happy about the update. Last month we began the process by transitioning some of our surveys over and this month we are pleased to have all surveys fully implemented with this new upload process. Thank you again for your helpful comments.
Have a wonderful evening!!

How do I find your shops in different areas (more than 100 hundred from my residential area)? I travel during the winter months. I would like to do some shops in the available areas.

Other postors I am not trying to take anything away from you. :-)
We currently do not have a job board on our site. However, if you "Like" us on FaceBook, you will be able to see a list of shops and audits in various areas. Also, if you check with your Field Coordinator, she will be able to check other areas for you in our system. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions and have a great day!!!
I do not have that option either. I did a couple of shops for them and sent the reciept to the scheduler in an email. Uploading is the way to go tho. Maybe they will do that for my next shops.
I haven't heard from this company in over 2 years. Going to check out that Facebook page.
