Are all apartment shops like writing a college thesis?

I have done many mystery shops/audits in the last month. Some are longer than others but I must admit my recent apartment shop surprised me. It took me a very long time to answer the endless written questions. Are most apartment shops as long? After seeing how long this shops survey was I'm wondering if I should avoid apartment shops.

It was for EP. I was a bit surprised by how long their survey was. Maybe its different for different apartments?
If you mean EPMS, the length varies widely.
however, I suspect that only the reorded shops get their really short survey. Even some recorded shops still have the long ones.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I have only done one apartment shop and it was for EPMS and I was very much turned off by the report and haven't done one since. Its probably one of those things that if you start doing a bunch of them they become much easier, but I'll wait for a nice bonus before I attempt another one.

On average, I've found apartment/rental shops to be more narrative-heavy than retail shops.
I've found them to be quite narrative-heavy as well, but they do get easier after you've done several. After completing my first one I also thought it'd be my one. The nice check I received convinced me otherwise smiling smiley.
