Grocery Stores

Since my very favorite grocery store is no longer going to be shopped after this month (and I'm sure many of you are bummed about it as well!) I'm trying to find out who shops other grocery stores in my area. I know of a few, but there is one grocery store in particular I am trying to find. I thought maybe we could all help each other out and list MSCs that shop grocery stores (remember, don't give the name of the store!)

I'll start:

I know that Best Mark and Service Intelligence have grocery store shops in my area.

I think you are better off asking about the store and if anyone knows it's shopped or not. It also depends on the area you are located.

There's a major grocery chain in the western US that has an internal shopping program, so you may not find it through the usual channels. What part of the country are you in?
Except for the one that is closing out mystery shopping there are very few other grocery stores in the area. I was able to pick up one but that chain only has about 3 or 4. I am going to have to look into something else.
Banks we have scads and I'm not sold on the big blue bank. It seems they have changed the game plan and lowered the stakes while raising the requirements. I think their expectations are way too high for such a small paycheck.
I am on rotation for a smaller bank and they do not expect nearly as much information.
I may look into hospitality
Confero shops a chain that is present in the southeast US. Nice store, but the reimbursement is pitiful.

I'm in the southeast. I know Aldi is shopped, I just have yet to find the company who shops them. Either that or I'm already signed up with them and have just never seen the shop! And I have one right across the street from me, so I need to start searching better, I guess smiling smiley
TNS had a grocery store I shopped, but haven't seen anything all year, anyone
doing them in other areas.

TNS has had small grocery stores posted all through the year, usually only a day or so before they are due and then you don't get acceptance notification until the last minute. There is also a limit of two per month. I am in Ventura County California.
roxy-as far as I know Aldi is still with the same MSC and if thats the case I'm sure you are signed up with them. They seem to get picked up real quick around here eventhough the fee and reimbursement are really low. Just don't Force me to tell you who the MSC is.

Also does anybody know if Whole Foods is shopped?

Whole Foods was shopped as a compettior shop for Kroger, so I guess they will go away too. They are also shopped on their onw with a much better fee, but you have to have interactions and narratives for almost every department in the store, and if you've ever been to a WF, you know how many narratives that would be.
I know you just have to check all the companies you shop for and she will surely find it. I did some of them last night and they changed the form!! It was never bad but so REDUNDANT and now there are very few narrative sections. Much easier (and it wasn't hard before...just annoying.)

I don't like the whole foods, or the similar Puget Co-op stores for the reason that barbage stated. Way too much narrative.
I have done Whole Foods as the competitor with Kroger. Shop wasn't as bad as it seems, I rather enjoyed it, but am sure it's gone now. Trouble was, I spent so much more than reimbusement, still, got neat stuff.

Kroger now has a phone survey (extensive) on the receipt, kinda the same questions we were asked. Maybe their choice is to try it this way. There
is no way to check the deli or "paint the picture" of what shoppers do..

While saving money they also might find out that customers are not going to always be objective, surprise, surprisesmiling smiley

Responding to receipt surveys is a sweepstakes entry, completed with no thought in a nano-second. Speaking from an off-the-clock shopper.
Man, I miss those grocery shops... That undercart item kept us in charcoal and bottled water.....
I don't understand why my post got deleted - all it said was the name of the company and the state - marijaldm's post says the exact same thing...can someone clue me in please?

Thanks for pointing that out to me. When the client has been named, you cannot name the MSC. That is an ICA Violation...
... and please clue me in as well. Hopefully I'll still remember my post after a month.

Ditto.
Meijer not at the same MSC which they have been w/ for a long time. This is mostly MI and OH. Any clue.
WOW you guys, very informative (for once) sharing info! I had no idea...

Grocery can mean many things. I've seen ads for price matching or something on trendsource.

The only serious consistent grocery stores are Market Force and Second to None (east coast)
